Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AsapFeed operated by Yevo LLC you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you the Customer and Yevo LLC.

2. Description of Service

AsapFeed provides an AI powered voice receptionist service that answers inbound patient calls, facilitates appointment scheduling, and integrates with EHR systems. The Service is intended for use by licensed medical practices and healthcare providers in the United States.

3. Eligibility

You must be a licensed medical practice, healthcare provider, or authorized representative thereof to use this Service. By using AsapFeed you represent that you are a HIPAA covered entity or business associate and that you will execute a Business Associate Agreement with Yevo LLC prior to processing any Protected Health Information.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@asapfeed.com.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Plans include a set number of minutes per month
  • Overage minutes are billed at the overage rate specified in your plan
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

7. HIPAA and Healthcare Compliance

AsapFeed is designed to support HIPAA compliance but compliance is a shared responsibility. You as the Customer are responsible for:

  • Executing a BAA with Yevo LLC before using the Service with PHI
  • Ensuring your own HIPAA policies and procedures are in place
  • Verifying that patient interactions meet your practice's clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining appropriate access controls for your staff

8. Not a Medical Provider

AsapFeed is an administrative automation tool. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical decision making service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice. AsapFeed is not responsible for clinical outcomes, missed appointments, or patient care decisions.

9. EHR Integration

Use of any EHR integration is subject to that EHR provider's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining your EHR subscription and ensuring your account remains in good standing. AsapFeed accesses your EHR account only with your explicit authorization via OAuth.

10. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, missed calls, or missed appointments resulting from service interruptions, third party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yevo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yevo LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of HIPAA requirements. Upon termination your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
